Transport

School Transport

Most of our students are transported to and from school via Local Authority organised minibuses/taxis.

Each morning, students are escorted onto the upper school playground in the by their taxi guide and supervised until school staff come on duty at 8.50am.

At the end of the day students are registered in designated classrooms and are escorted to their minibus/taxi by a guide.

To find out if your child is eligible for transport you will need to contact the Local Authority.

Email: edtrans@solihull.gov.uk
Telephone: 0121 704 6610

The Local Authority will contact you directly to inform you of your child’s pick-up and drop off time and the taxi guide will also be the first point of contact should you have any concerns or questions about your child’s journey. Should your child be absent from school or not requiring their taxi home at any time it is your responsibility to inform your child’s taxi guide.

Parents/carers transporting their children need to escort them onto the playground in the mornings and collect them from reception at the end of the day.

School needs to be informed about students who are independent travellers.
